3-1-ceramic door knobs


Anodized aluminum refers to a layer of dense aluminum oxide coated on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys in order to prevent further oxidation. Its chemical properties are the same as alumina. But unlike ordinary oxide films, anodized aluminum can be dyed by electrolytic coloring.

 

Anodizing can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys, and increase the surface hardness and wear resistance of aluminum alloys. After proper coloring treatment, it has good decorative properties. Aluminum and its alloy anodic oxide film coloring technology can be divided into three types, namely chemical dyeing, electrolytic coloring and electrolytic overall coloring.

 

How to deal with aluminum anodizing? The first is to thoroughly clean and rinse the aluminum surface and put it in some electrolyte bath. A positive charge is applied to aluminum to make it an anode. Negative charges are applied to the plates suspended in the electrolyte.

 

The anode effect is a unique phenomenon of molten salt electrolysis, and the performance of electrolytic aluminum production is even more obvious. When the anode effect occurs in production, the voltage of the electrolytic cell rises sharply, reaching 20~50V, sometimes even higher. Its occurrence has a great impact on the entire electrolysis series. It reduces the current efficiency, affects the technical indicators of electrolysis, reduces the output and quality of aluminum, and destroys the stable power supply of the entire electrolysis series. In terms of processing methods, there are nothing more than two. You can use the effect rod (wood rod) to extinguish, or reduce the anode, increase the amount of aluminum oxide, in order to achieve the purpose of extinguishing the anode effect.

Does aluminum need corrosion protection? Although aluminum has good corrosion resistance, it will deteriorate in the presence of oxygen. Aluminum exposed to the atmosphere quickly forms a layer of aluminum oxide on the surface. Alumina provides a certain degree of protection against further corrosion. Aluminum handles will withstand some acid rain, acid rain, salt water and other pollutants. How to add color to metal anodizing? The pigment fills all the voids up to the surface and then permanently seals. Anodized aluminum always has that unique metallic luster because of the following two points.
